Baby Christmas!

Evening everyone, hope you are all well! I am sorry if I haven't popped by lately but life is just so hectic at the minute trying to get Christmas sorted and working full time but I have been seeing all your beautiful creations and will pop by soon!
I have made some quick and simple Christmas cards this weekend starting with this one I made using this weeks fab Freshly Made Sketch

The super cute image is from Pink Gem Designs - Baby with Reindeer which I coloured with Copics. I used a scrap of paper from my stash and added some faux stitching then finished off with some letters and snowflake I found in my collection and some twine.

Pink Gem Christmas Makes!

Hi everyone, now just when I thought I was getting somewhere with my Christmas makes I got a phone call from a friend wanting a few Christmas cards for her families children. I said ok no problem and then found out she wanted "8" arghh!

I got to thinking how I could make them quick and simple to save time and decided that Janet's brilliant pre-coloured Pink Gem Designs images would be just perfect! So I had a free evening last night and got to work on them and here they are!

For The Boy's

For The Girl's

For the little one's

I used these images from Pink Gem Designs

I just teamed them up with papers from my stash, I cut out the names with my Cameo, added some faux stitching and Glitter for the girls and voila, job done!

It's Snowing!

Hi everyone, we have a new challenge starting today at

and it was my turn to choose a theme and I have chosen one of my favourite themes

Paper Piecing

I have used this gorgeous Pink Gem Designs Chloe With Robins for my creation!

I think I just about paper pieced everything possible on this one using some My Minds Eye papers - Happy Day. before I added the paper pieces I embossed the image with a Cuttlebug snow embossing folder. I then cut out the wording using my Cameo and added a Craftwork Cards sentiment to finish!

I can't wait to see what you all come up with for this challenge, so pop over to A Gem Of A Challenge now and join in!

Snow Pups!

Morning everyone, did any of you get to the NEC craft show yesterday? I spent the day there and managed to pick up a few goodies mostly for my Cameo machine so watch this space when I get round to trying them out!

Anyway I am here with another Christmas make using this gorgeous Digistamp Boutique image - Winter Stanley. Now my sister-in-law has two little dogs, they are brother and sister but one is considerably smaller than the other. I thought with some resizing, duplicating, flipping and cropping of images I could make this image work for me and I think it long as you don't look too closely, LOL!

Aren't they cute, I coloured them with Copics and added some Glossy Accents and Glamour dust for some sparkle. I also popped on some faux stitching and a little star from my stash. The sentiment is also by Digistamp Boutique from a Christmas Sentiments set 4!

New York...New York!

I know twice in one day! It's certainly been a while since that happened. Anyway I just wanted to share this project with you. A friends granddaughter is about to turn 16 and she wanted a New York themed card for her as she is going there for her birthday.
It's times like this when I love my Cameo. I used a pop up card file by Lori Whitlock from HERE! Which I resized and adapted slightly. I then found these great New York Charms by Snapdragon Snippets from HERE! which made the perfect pop up items!

The New York papers were from my stash and I cut out the wording and numbers using my Cameo and some Glitter card. I also added some gems to hide the charm loops on the items.

I was really pleased how it turned out and would like to enter it into

Bird Watching!

Morning everyone, I have a rare morning to myself so have got some crafting done starting with this one using this fab sketch from Sketch Saturday

I teamed it up with an old Pollycraft image - Cat Bird Pot (the store is now closed unfortunately) which I had neglected till now!

I also dug out some very old papers from my stash. I coloured the image with Copics and finished off with  an old Craftwork Cards sentiment!

I am so glad I found him stashed away on my computer!
